Social Media Manager

Your role is to craft social media strategies to help clients go viral on TikTok and Instagram and help them monetize their audience.

You will also manage the communications with the client, handle the weekly and monthly calls, manage the team’s projects on ClickUp, and be sure that everyone is updated on the last important news or urgent task.

You’ll perfectly manage all the internal projects and tasks, ensuring we respect deadlines and overdeliver on every task.

You’ll help us craft strategies, analyze data, tell us where we need to improve and improve the clients’ results.

The best part is you’ll be able to work remotely, set your own schedule, and travel as much as you like. You decide when to take breaks, and you get to plot your days off. We’re a 100% full-remote team, and you can be 100% location-independent.

All that we ask is that you are online (contactable and available for any modifications or edits) between the working window of 10 AM – 6 PM CET time, Monday to Friday.


  • Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English, and you’ll need to handle both written conversations and video calls with the clients and the team
  • You must have a thorough understanding of the different social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • You should be able to create campaigns, post content, monitor analytics, and develop strategies for increasing engagement.
  • You have a “zoom-out” vision over daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and goals.
  • You’re a natural leader. You’re empathetic, and you know how to handle crucial conversations.
  • You’re extremely detail-oriented.
  • You’re a highly organized and gifted time manager.
  • You thrive on self-management and taking the initiative.
  • You have great communication skills and can explain complex problems in simple terms.
  • A creative with the ability to come up with innovative ideas for campaigns and content.


  • Write captions for social media posts.
  • Search for trends and create accounts’ guidelines.
  • Communicate with the client.
  • Manage projects on ClickUp.
  • Generic social media management.
  • Help information flowing between the client and us.
  • Analyze current industry trends to identify business opportunities that would generate revenue resources and profitability.
  • Expand our accounts through cross-selling and up-sell.

Please note that this role requires that you work as a contractor for our agency, which means you will be responsible for filing your own taxes.
